Panama, officially the Republic of Panama, is a country located at the southern end of Central America in North America, bordering South America. It is bordered by Costa Rica to the west, Colombia to the southeast, the Caribbean Sea to the north, and the Pacific Ocean to the south.

Panama City, also known as Panama, is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Panama. It has a total population of 410,354 in the city proper and 1,086,990 in the Panama District, which includes the outer corregimientos of the city. The metropolitan area has over 2,100,000 people. The city is at the Pacific entrance of the Panama Canal, in the province of Panama.
San Miguelito is a city and district (distrito) of Panamá Province in Panama. The population according to the 2023 Panamanian census was 280,777. The district covers an area of 50.1 km2. San Miguelito district is completely enclaved within Panama District and it is included in the Panama City Metropolitan Area.
Tocumen is a city and corregimiento in Panamá District, Panamá Province, Panama with a population of 74,952 as of 2010. Its population as of 1990 was 47,032; its population as of 2000 was 83,187. It is the site of the Tocumen International Airport.
David, known as David City in colonial times, is a city and corregimiento in western Panama. It is the capital of the Chiriquí Province and has an estimated population of 82,907 inhabitants as confirmed in 2013. It is a relatively affluent city with a firmly established, dominant middle class and a very low unemployment and poverty index. The Pan-American Highway is a popular route to David.
Arraiján is a city and corregimiento in Arraiján District, Panamá Oeste Province, Panama with a population of 41,041 as of 2010. It is the seat of Arraiján District. Its population as of 1990 was 24,665; its population as of 2000 was 64,772.
Colón is a city and seaport in Panama, beside the Caribbean Sea, lying near the Atlantic entrance to the Panama Canal. It is the capital of Panama's Colón Province and has traditionally been known as Panama's second city. City proper located entirely on Manzanillo Peninsula, surrounded by Limon Bay, Manzanillo Bay, and the Folks River.
